Calling All THMer's,

This is what everyone has been waiting for!

Team Hyundai Malaysia cordially invite you, your family and friends to join us for our THM Family Day & Team Building 2010 held in Bukit Merah LakeTown Resort from 02 - 04 July 2010 (Friday-Sunday). Details are as follows :-

Agenda

Day 1    
07:00 - 07:30   Meet-up at Hyundai Sime Darby, Glenmarie
07:30 - 08:00   Convoy Flags Off to Northern
10:30 - 11.30   Pits Stop at Tapah R & R (Toilet break)
13.30 - 14.30   Pits Stop at Bukit Gantang R & R (Lunch)  
15:00 - 16:00   Arrival at Resort and Check-In
16:00 - 18:00   Gather for Group Photo / Short Briefing and Games
18:00 - 23:00   Group Dinner in Tambun (Seafood Restarant)

Day 2          
08:00 - 10:00   Buffet Breakfast at Resort
10.30 - 12:00   Mini Eco Challenge
12:30 - 13:00   Refresh
13:30 - 17:30   Free & Easy (Lunch On Own)
17:30 - 18:00   Gather all at Lobby
18:00 - 19:30   Group Dinner in Taiping's Lake Gardens
19:30 - 21:30   Taiping Night Safari
22:00 - 00:00   Back to Resort
      
Day 3          
08:00 - 10:00   Buffet Breakfast at Resort
10:00 - 11:00   Check-Out/ Thank you speech by THM President
11:00am - Option for Kelley's Castle - for those interested
11:00am - Option to head back to KL / Penang / Ipoh

Room Rate at Suria Apartment

-  Studio Room                     RM120.00nett  per night (Max 2 persons)
-  1 Bedroom Apartment      RM170.00nett  per night (Max 3 persons)
-  2 Bedroom Apartment      RM240.00nett  per night (Max 4 persons)

Please note the following :-

1) Accommodation above has been upgraded from Laketown to Suria Apartment.
2) Payment of room rate above depending on which room category that you're staying & times 2 nights of that amount.
3) Breakfast is chargeable at RM18nett per person per day
4) Mini Eco Challenge at RM35nett per person

Kindly deposit to Ritzzuan Salim aka mtuc2003 - THM treasurer at Ambank account no: 091-002-002285-1. Please PM or sms to mtuc2003 at 012-9305315 once deposited. Closing date strictly on 18 June 2010 as we need to make confirmation & payment with the resort.

malu laaa aku org bukit merah kalau tak join TT kat tempat sendiri....

will make it if free on that weekend

in fact kalau i am free....

u guys can come to my hse and makan2

this is at least i can contribute to the Gathering...

to organizer,

if u can adjust ur tentative.... we can makan2 at my hse

10 minutes away from bukit merah laketown

I suggest that add another one or two adult to share the 2 bedroom apartment. Then can share the cost. I think the 2 bedroom can squeeze 5 adults....  blush
